PAYMENT METHOD

What payment methods can I use?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, MasterCard, PayPal, bank transfer and COD.

Orders placed by bank transfer will be limited to 15 days to make the payment. When the stated period has passed, the order will be automatically canceled.

Why has my card been rejected?
There are several reasons why your card may have been rejected:
- Your card may have expired. Check the expiry date.
- You may have exceeded your credit limit. Check with your bank to make sure you have sufficient available credit.
- You may have made a mistake when entering the payment information.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, data are sent via SSL encryption. Only SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions are accepted for Visa and MasterCard payments. After verifying that your card is part of the SEC system, the system will contact the issuing bank so that the buyer authorises the purchase. When the bank confirms authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
