Can I change the shoes in my order for a different size or model, or just return them?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the items within fifteen calendar days of receipt, provided that they are not used or damaged.
To exchange one item for another, return the item for a refund and then order the item you want. All items must be returned in the original packaging and with the original packing list inside the box. When LODI receives the product, we will check it is in good conditions and then dispatch the new article, if you have asked for an exchange. If you have asked for a refund you will receive a full refund for the items you returned within approximately 14 days.
Products purchased with third-party promotions or promotional coupons may be exchanged for another size, colour or a coupon of the same value valid only for purchasing products from the same promotion. This voucher can be redeemed at a maximum of 15 days.
How do I get my money back?
If the payment was made by credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to your card.
If the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, we will contact you to request your bank account number. The money will be refunded to the relayed bank account.
How do I return an item?
If your order was placed from Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla, you must return your order through Correos. If your order was placed from Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxemburg, Portugal(Peninsula), Austria, Ireland, Jersey, the Netherlands or United Kingdom follow the steps below:
1. INVOICE AND RETURN SHEET: Locate the invoice and the return sheet, mark the articles that you want to return and specify the kind of return you are interested in.
2. PACKAGING: The article must be prepared in its original box (we shall not admit returns in plastic bags), along with the invoice and the return sheet, and then insert the LODI box in the original packaging. In case that you do not keep the original packaging, you can use a similar one but you have to make sure that the article is totally safe inside. Locate the UPS return label and stick it on in a visible place.
3. RETURN: You have two options, either call UPS Customer Service in order to arrange an appointment for the pick-up or you can deliver the package to a UPS Access Point. Check all the Access Points available on UPS website.
4. TRANSPORT AND PICK-UP: Hand the package over to the UPS driver or take it to the selected Access Point. You can follow the status of your return using the tracking number that you will find on the return label.
5. RETURN: As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, we will check the article or the articles sent and if they are correct we will proceed to refund the amount paid or to change the size or colour requested.
Refund: You will receive an email confirming the refund and it could take several days to appear on your bank account. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days.
Size/Color change: You will receive an email confirming the change and you will receive it within 5 working days. In case that we do not have in stock the size or the colour requested, we will get in touch with youand we will proceed to refund.
