IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SIZE OR MODEL AS WELL AS TO RETURN THE RECEIVED ORDER?

If once you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow you to exchange or return it within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, as long as the item has not been used or damaged and you must return it in the same condition as it was sent.

You can request an exchange of size and/or colour (except if you have made your payment with sequra*) and a refund of the amount paid. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

HOW DO I MAKE THE RETURN?
