Delivery Times

In general, for destinations in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, delivery is made within 24-48 hours on working days (orders placed before 14h). These delivery times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the delivery area. Likewise, in exceptional cases, this period may be altered due to extraordinary incidents with the carrier or difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery time is 4-5 working days from processing, and 8 working days in the case of the Canary Islands. LODI is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance.

For shipments to Europe the estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

For deliveries from Official Stores the estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.

**During sales and promotions, delivery times may increase.

Delivery times for orders placed during the promotional and sales period may have a longer delivery time, between 2 and 8 working days for deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, up to 15 days for deliveries to the Canary Islands and up to 10 days for deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla. If you have not received your order within this period, please contact us so that we can check it. We ask for your patience and understanding, the logistics process slows down during promotions due to the number of orders received. We will try to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
